Amelia Humber

Amelia strives to present in her paintings the atmosphere and emotion of the landscape through a personal and momentary experience. The paintings are about the sublime, those feelings impossible to understand or explain in words, the immediate feeling of drama in instances of a constantly changing landscape.After a sell-out graduation show at University College Falmouth, Amelia Humber returned to London to set up her studio and has since worked throughout the UK from Scotland to Cornwall creating a distinctive body of work.
