Rachael Mia Allen is a graduate of Falmouth School of Art & Design. She was born and grew up in Cornwall and her work reflects her love of the Cornish landscape.
Rachael usually works in oil-based printing ink, often including pastels and mixed media into her paintings. She has developed a distinctive, sweeping, textural and tonally powerful style,that is skillfully understated, atmospheric and demonstrates a powerful understanding of and sympathy for her subject. |
