Michael Strang holds a Diploma in Art and Design (Hons) London, and studied under David Poole (President of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters), Anthony Eyton RA, Ben Levine RA, Dick Lee, David Hepher and others at Wimbledon and Camberwell Schools of Art between 1968 and 1973. He paints landscapes, flowers, seascapes, still life and portraits, mostly in oils.
His work can be found in various collections in Canada, USA, Switzerland, Germany, Corsica, the United Kingdom, France, Luxembourg and elsewhere.
Michael Strang has exhibited at the Tate St. Ives and his work forms part of the permanent collections of the Penlee Museum and the County Education Department. |
