We will do our best to send all orders out within 7 working days of receipt. However, as all our products are made by individual artists and makers and deserve to be treated with great care packing and delivery can, sometimes, take a little longer especially at busy times. If you need your order for a special occasion or by a specific date then let us know and we will do our very best to get it to you on time and in one piece.
Delivery method
All orders sent by post are sent “Signed For” with the Royal Mail and should take 2-4 days to reach you. We dispatch larger items with our Courier, a reliable company, who we have used for many years and have an excellent relationship with. This service also requires goods to be signed for. International items will, obviously, take longer to arrive. With the increase in postage we have had to make our minimum charge £4.50 on all parcels that we send out.
Of course we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any earrings. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost in transit. If returning a product please make sure you include all your contact details and retain proof of postage.
